Meridian Stress Assessment

Meridian Stress Assessment (MSA) testing measures the energy at the meridian points, which directs the practitioner to probable areas of imbalance. These 58 different electrical “circuits” in your body relate to specific organs and systems. Your measurements are then compared against a database of over 1.5 million tests to identify areas of your body that have moved away from the norm. This technology is used in various health care practices around the world. It gives practitioners more information to consider, while trying to bring their client’s energetic disturbances back into balance.

During the Consultation

A comprehensive body screening involves taking readings from acupressure control points on the hands and feet (we use the feet because important organ points such as the liver are located here) relating to all the body’s major organs. In all, 58 different points are probed, which provides a comprehensive picture of the body’s balance of energy and identifies organs which may not be functioning optimally. With that powerful information the software will assist in effectively formulating a comprehensive support programme that includes detailed recommendations for an optimal supplementation regimen customised to your specific needs. The assessment is based on the six-phase table of Homotoxicology and you will receive a chart like the one shown.

Homotoxicology is the understanding that systems are considered to be ultimately caused by toxins, whether toxic chemicals, bacterial ecotoxins, biological endotoxins, post-traumatic cellular debris and also by-products of the bodies metabolic processes, they are the body’s attempt to heal itself.

FDA 510k - The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) determines and regulates the status and classification of all medical devices that are sold in the United States. Individuals and companies cannot, of themselves, determine if their device is medical or non-medical, nor can they decide what classification, if any, a device falls into. BioMeridian’s current line of GSR (Galvanic Skin Response) devices are regulated and fall into a Class IIa medical category. It was necessary for us to apply for and be granted an FDA 510 (K) market clearance. This allows us to market our devices, with certain restrictions, here in the US. Our 510 (K) is only the first step. There are many other requirements we and any manufacturer, must continually meet.

European Union / CE Mark, World Class Compliance: European Union Standards – CE Mark, CB Scheme member - BioMeridian also sells its product s in foreign markets. Many of the requirements that the FDA mandates here in the US are also mandatory abroad. There are also requirements that go beyond the US procedures. The most common is called the CE mark. There are currently 24 countries around the globe that require the CE mark on any product sold within their borders. BioMeridian meets these requirements and currently has passed all the testing and has a CE mark on all of its products. Moreover, many nations that are not part of the CE mark with the European community, are part of a program called the CB Scheme. This means that many, if not all, of the test requirements for these countries fall within the procedures needed for the CE mark. What do I need to do before my appointment

Drink 2 litres of pure water the day before and on the day of your appointment. Also avoid hand and body cream (including fake tans) on the day of testing.
Bring details of any medication and supplements which you are currently taking.

The test will not interfere with any medication except a pacemaker
