Why do courses instead of single sessions?

With over 20 years of experience working within the Health & Wellness Industry I have changed the way I work many times to make results more likely.

When you only see a patient every now and then with no consistancy in the earliy stages of treatment it is a little bit like taking one step forward and two steps back. 

Symptoms or ill health take time to show themselves and sometimes you are working with an area or system of the body that you think has no relation with what you are experiencing, but it does. 

Health is not always black and white and when you have consistancy with regular visits the likelihood of reaching the desired goal is much more feasible.

All my new patients start with the minimum of 3 appointments, this gives you a good indication of the length of required treatment.  If you have a long standing and ongoing condition my suggestion is to look at the more indepth programmes available.
