A 6 Week Kick Start 1-2-1 Program
This Transformational 6 week Weight Loss Program has been designed to help you reach your ideal, comfortable and healthy weight whilst simultaneously healing and uncovering those parts of you that have been using food to soothe your emotions and stresses. We will discover what is unconsciously sabotaging you to regain the weight which keeps you in the yo-yo diet cycle, using many different tried and tested techniques, styles and goals.
This program is based on a 1-2-1 format to have the flexibility that you need to reach your goals. There is a structure set to this course which has been tested with great results over the years, but these are tweaked and tailored to fit your personal needs.

A 6 Week Kick Start Group Program
Group formats are a great and cost effective way to reach your weight loss goals, surrounded and supported by like-minded people all trying to achieve the same. A lot of people who have failed with previous weight-loss efforts feel embarrassed by the thought of a group format, sometimes feeling intimidated with other people knowing their story, but in my experience everyone feels the like this in the beginning and the support and friendships a group offers can be second to none.
The group format helps you to realise that there are many people dealing with the same struggles as you are. The program looks at the reason you unconsciously sabotage your goals, helps you stop the yo-yo dieting cycle with tried and tested techniques which help you get the results you are looking for; permanently.
A one day detoxification workshop
This one day workshop offers you the understanding of why and how the body detoxifies. It is run on a Saturday at my clinic in central Bath. You will learn about your body’s systems, how and why the body needs to detoxify, you will be able to leave the workshop with the correct information to go away and detox safety under your own management.
You will also discovering tips to helps you stick to your detox program and new ways to eat and wonderful new recipes.
