Group Format Course
This will take place at my clinic in central Bath on the dates and times listed above. Group formats are a great and cost effective way to reach your weight loss goals, surrounded by the support of like-minded people. A lot of people who have failed with previous weight-loss efforts feel embarrassed by the thought of a group format feeling intimidated with other people knowing their story, but in my experience everyone feels like this in the beginning and when you are aware of everyone else’s struggles within the group, a great sense of support if felt and offered.
This year I am offering two different introductory workshops for you to get a ‘feel’ for the techniques that I use so we can both see if we are suited to work together. During the workshop we will cover the outline of the 6 week course and get you to understand some of your blocks.
Rarely a day passes without yet another newspaper article being published about food and diet. What we eat has become an obsession, yet all too many people make their decisions on what to eat based solely on whether they believe that food will lead to weight gain or weight loss. But there is far more to food than that. And there is far more to this epidemic than just food.
With this knowledge in mind I have put together a transformational 6 Week Intensive Weight Loss Program, using over 20 years of experience within the Health & Weight Loss Industry. Using my experience of battling my own weight over the years from my early twenties, through to weight loss after my children and currently trying to keep this as part of a ‘lifestyle’ and finding time to achieve my own goals within a very busy life. And using a combination of my professional experience from a Personal Trainer, to Homeopath, Nutritionist, Food Intolerance & Allergy Consultant and EFT Practitioner & Coach.
This program has been designed to help you reach your ideal, comfortable, healthy and beautiful weight whilst simultaneously healing and uncovering those parts of you that have been using food to soothe your emotions and stresses. We will discover what is unconsciously sabotaging you to regain the weight which keeps you in the yo-yo diet cycle, using many different techniques, styles and goals.
