This course will take place on a Saturday morning between 9.30-11.00am at my clinic in central Bath. It will run over 4 weeks looking at all aspects of Detoxification.
Week 1: Understanding How and Why the Body needs to Detoxify
What you can do to support your system to make this process easier & what happens if you do not detox.
Week 2: Curbing your Cravings
One that we all struggle with. This week you will learn the tricks of the trade on how to avoid and balance your cravings. Learning and tasting healthy recipes for sweet tweets.
Week 3: Animal v Plant Protein
Understanding why it is important to vary your sources of protein. Learn all the different proteins available and what to do with them. Which ones are better for you, which ones are gluten and quick releasing carbohydrates and which ones are not.
Week 4: Techniques, Juice Cleanses, Supplementation
Learning different techniques to support the cleansing progress. What you can do throughout the year to keep you healthy and balanced. Why and how to Juice, quickly and effectively. Do you need to take supplements or can you get all the goodness from our food?
