Rarely a day passes without yet another newspaper article being published about food and diet. What we eat has become an obsession, yet all too many people make their decisions on what to eat based solely on whether they believe that food will lead to weight gain or weight loss. But there is far more to food than that. And there is far more to this epidemic than just food.
With this knowledge in mind I have put together a transformational 6 Week Intensive Weight Loss Program, using over 20 years of experience within the Health & Weight Loss Industry. Using my experience of battling my own weight over the years from my early twenties, through to weight loss after my children and currently trying to keep this as part of a ‘lifestyle’ and finding time to achieve my own goals within a very busy life. And using a combination of my professional experience from a Personal Trainer, to Homeopath, Nutritionist, Food Intolerance & Allergy Consultant and EFT Practitioner & Coach.
This program has been designed to help you reach your ideal, comfortable, healthy and beautiful weight whilst simultaneously healing and uncovering those parts of you that have been using food to soothe your emotions and stresses. We will discover what is unconsciously sabotaging you to regain the weight which keeps you in the yo-yo diet cycle, using many different techniques, styles and goals.
This program is offered on a personal 1-2-1 basis, via Skype, so I can work with you, wherever you live and also in a Group Format.
Week 1: I’m going to hold your hand and walk you through the process of really getting clear on both your goals for your body and your weight and what has been preventing you from staying at your ideal weight and fitness in the past.
Week 2: During this week, you will discover foods which don’t work with your body, you will already start to feel lighter we’ll begin the inner transformation, healing and clearing those blocks, getting all parts of you in alignment with your intentions, all on board with health and happiness dealing with daily stresses easily and calmly and I will give you quick and easy tools you can use yourself to continue the process on your own. weight loss map
Week 3: We will take a look at what you’re eating, replacing certain comfort foods for more nourishing strengthening foods, that will make it easier and easier to make the right eating choices that will drop the pounds and move you towards your ideal weight, as you start to notice the weight gradually and effortlessly beginning to drop off.
Week 4: You will already be finding food healthier and taster and more satisfying than before as you feel even calmer and happier inside. As we dive slightly deeper we’ll create a plan for incorporating healthy and fun movement into your day, your week and your life.
Week 5: We will continue to clear any blocks that come up so that you are enjoying feeling good and moving and eating the right sort of vibrant foods. Feeling an improved connection with yourself; understanding your emotions around food and your triggers and eliminating the self-sabotaging actions once and for all.
Week 6: Now that your looking and feeling stronger, more lean, more attractive and sexy, we’ll create a continued plan to keep you on the right track so you can enjoy holidays and social occasions without gaining weight.
